Martin Cuff consults on film, media, cultural industries and tourism development to both governments and private sector initiatives at national, state, provincial and city levels. Programmes have taken place in countries as diverse as Peru, Namibia, Tanzania, Barbados, Georgia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Indonesia, Serbia, the UK, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Montenegro, Turkey, France, India, South Korea, Romania, Kenya and the USA. He has also worked with and managed Pan African and Global Organizations.
Martin has also worked extensively in South Africa on a range of developmental issues, with projects for the National Film and Video Foundation, Gauteng Film Commission, City of Johannesburg, Durban Film Office, Joburg Film Office, Eastern Cape Development Corporation, Nelson Mandela Bay Metro Department of Economic Development, Buffalo City Municipality, Amathole District Municipality, the KwaZulu Natal Film Commission, Wesgro, the National Association of Model Agencies, the South African Association of Stills Producers and Animation South Africa.
Martin is the former executive director of the Association of Film Commissioners International (the global body representing 350 Film Commissions in 40 countries), the former Executive Director of the Colorado Film Commission, and the former C.O.O of both the Cape Film Commission and the Southern African International Film and Television Market.
