A second Amanda Seyfried movie? What was I thinking? Gone is a stolid, uneventful and rather forgettable Noir-ish thriller, where young Mands is forced to do the work of the detectives when her sister is kidnapped. Set and filmed in Portland, Oregon, the movie is kind of contrived as the bug-eyed heroine chomps her way through the damp, green scenery. It’s OK, but no cigar.
