Women are disappearing from streets and parking lots around Cape Town, vanishing without a trace. There are no clues to their whereabouts or who might have taken them.
Filmmaker Mallory McCormack is not investigating the disappearances, she’s helping an old friend work out why his farm has been targeted for land invasions – is this a genuine desire for land by the poor, or is it a powerful businessman trying drive him out of his home?
As Mallory investigates, she uncovers disturbing connections between the land invasions and the missing women, raising a terrifying question: are these land grabs acts hijack or restitution, or are they cover for something far more sinister?
