
Martin Cuff is the former Executive Director of the Association of Film Commissioners International (Los Angeles), the Colorado Film Commission (Denver), the Cape Film Commission and Cape Town Film Permit Office (South Africa) and the former Chief Operating Officer of Sithengi, the Southern African International Film and Television Market. He is also the former Senior Advisor for Creative Industries to the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic.
Martin (aka Max or Mart) was born in Norfolk, England and grew up in Spain, Zimbabwe and finally South Africa. Martin draws inspiration from travel – 63 countries and counting – and nurtures an abiding passion for history, architecture, books, art museums and gastronomy. He speaks French and Spanish passably well, staggers through German, Afrikaans and Serbian and has forgotten every single word he every learned of Welsh and Swahili.

Martin has a daughter who lives in London and works in the film industry (proud dad)
