In the middle of World War 2, London ad man Archie Holloway is recruited by the Ministry of Defence to create a diversion from Britain’s top-secret radar technology.

He puts together an eccentric team to concoct an outlandish propaganda campaign convincing the public—and the enemy—that eating carrots improves night vision.

But as their absurd lie spirals out of control, they must scramble to keep the ruse alive while navigating wartime chaos, nosy journalists, and an unexpected national obsession with vegetables.
